How to live happily ever after…

Life should be an exciting adventure.

You should enjoy waking up every morning to dig into your reality.

If you always wake up to realize you are angry, sad, depressed, anxious or fearful then you may need to take time to unpack the baggage and get to the root cause of these negative emotions, then navigate solution, healing or help.

I do this for myself as frequently as I need to. I call it “questioning everything”. I do not give situations or people who make me hate my life permission to stay.

I have learnt to be careful with my choices because we are a product of our cumulative choices or lack of choices.

I also seek trustworthy help when the answers are beyond me.

The result is I am actually a very happy person and at peace with myself, my memories and my environment while on my journey. If I discover I made a mistake, I adjust, then forgive myself, forgive others and even apologize where necessary.

I try not to live my life as if it belongs to someone else. The life is mine, I have been given full control and I choose to use it. I encourage you to stop living in fear of the worst that can happen. Some changes take longer than others so start ASAP.

Do not remain on pause, press play and just start to live the life you desire.
