I am an experienced HR Professional with passion for researching, designing and providing learning and development content for behavioral competence and relationship management. I am also an advocate and champion of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), supporting HR and Management teams to proactively address the problems of employee productivity, performance and attrition.

The site’s content is created and managed by Chigozirim Otefe-Edebi, a Human Resource Professional, Entrepreneur, Mental Health Counsellor and Author known for her visionary, innovative and strategic approach to life, business, work and relationships. She is currently the Director Employee Assistance Programs at Gracehill Behavioural Health Services Limited, a Mental Health Consulting Organization she co- founded with her spouse Dr. Otefe Edebi. Chigozirim Otefe-Edebi also consults for organisations as a facilitator for digital transformation programs, in addition to curated organization learning, training and development workshops.

I am known for my visionary and strategic approach to life and business. This drives my creativity, excellent work ethics and passion for results. I am appreciated for my rich sense of humor, I am a reader, a writer and I love to share as I learn. I am currently studying the subject of Leadership and Management in an MBA program from the York St John University, UK. I am an author of two books – ‘The Side Hustle Workbook’ and ‘Strategies for coping in a hostile environment – Lessons from the animal kingdom’. I am a trained counsellor and I have helped hundreds of people gain clarity for progressive decisive action, with my counselling efforts.

My career journey spans Banking, Telecommunication, Entertainment, Health, Consulting, Corporate Services and Maritime/Oil & Gas Services. My work experience, skills and abilities are deep and varied across Customer relationship management, Integrated Marketing Communication, Investor Relations, CSR and Human Resources. It has been an exciting journey since 2002 following my bachelors degree in Biochemistry from the University of Benin, Nigeria.
